GHF Video#10-Breakfast Power Smoothie

This is a great way to pack a bunch of nutrients into a meal. I have this for breakfast about 4-5x/week. Yum! On the days that I don't do a smoothie, I make sure to take a multivitamin and liver detox support nutrient. This helps me stay healthy in a toxic world.
